With solid experience in human resource administration and workforce management, Mr. Abdul Aziz oversees core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training coordination, and compliance with labour policies and regulations. He works closely with management and department heads to ensure manpower planning aligns with project requirements and business growth.
